What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Housekeeping & Front Desk Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel right at home. Your responsibilities will include:

Housekeeping Duties : Maintaining spotless rooms and common areas, ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready for guests.
Front Desk Support : Greeting guests with a warm smile, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Guest Experience : Providing exceptional service to ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Team Collaboration : Working closely with other team members to maintain our high standards of hospitality.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

Experience : At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping, front desk, or a similar hospitality role.
Language Skills : Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Attention to Detail : A keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
Customer Service Skills : A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
Reliability : A strong work ethic and the ability to manage your time effectively.
