Construction Project Manager - Commercial and Healthcare

Our client is a respected Northern California general contractor with a strong backlog of commercial and healthcare work. The firm is known for developing project leaders and delivering complex projects for long-term clients. This role offers ownership of project delivery and direct collaboration with senior leadership. You will manage commercial, healthcare, and institutional projects across the Greater Sacramento Area, including ground-up construction and complex renovations valued from $20 million upward. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, owner communication, and overall project execution. Qualifications Stable work history preferably with a top ENR GC 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Base salary range of $95,000 to $140,000, plus annual bonus potential of 15% to 25%.
