Senior Analyst, Market Insights (Hybrid)

Senior Analyst role supporting Stryker Medical's strategic planning through quantitative market analysis. Responsibilities include market sizing, competitive intelligence, forecasting, and translating data insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead market sizing, modeling, and forecasting across product categories and geographies
- Analyze market, competitor, and industry data to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks
- Develop and maintain competitive landscapes and market share estimates using multiple data sources
- Design and manage external market research engagements and vendor selection
- Build quantitative models and scalable processes to support consistent market insights delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years professional work experience
- 2+ years Microsoft Excel experience with complex data analysis and modeling
- MBA preferred
- Prior experience in market research, strategy, finance, analytics, or consulting preferred
- Experience with market sizing, forecasting, competitive intelligence, or financial modeling preferred
- Data visualization or business intelligence tools like Power BI preferred
Compensation: $69,500–$144,200 USD Annual (based on location and pay band)
