Information Technology Business Manager

MUST be local to New York City, Hybrid Schedule at least 3 days onsite Salary up to $200k No Sponsorship Available, No Third-Party Resumes As IT Business Manager, you will partner with Technology leadership to support financial planning, workforce management, reporting, and governance across a complex technology portfolio. This role ensures accurate, timely, and decision-ready information that enables effective oversight, prioritization, and execution. Key Responsibilities Maintain rolling financial forecasts by integrating workforce changes, project timelines, vendor activity, and contract milestones. Analyze financial performance, variances, risks, and savings opportunities, and present actionable insights to Technology leadership. Ensure accuracy of budgets, cost centers, funding sources, workforce data, vendor details, and related metadata. Prepare consistent leadership reporting materials and support meeting agendas, governance forums, action tracking, and escalation of key risks. Maintain workforce views, track joiner, mover, and leaver activity, and coordinate with HR and functional partners on talent processes. Monitor vendor, contractor, and contract timing, renewals, funding impacts, and related dependencies. Support roadmap and portfolio planning by validating initiative readiness, budget alignment, dependencies, and planning impacts. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in technology business management, finance, or operations. Experience supporting senior Technology leaders in large, matrixed organizations. Strong financial, analytical, reporting, and executive communication skills.
