### Exciting Opportunity for Radiation Therapist! **Job Description:** - **Unit:** 106-2423-12000 - Radiation Oncology - **Profession:** Radiology / Cardiology - **Specialty:** Radiation Therapist - **Shift Options:** - Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:30) - Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) - **Years of Experience Required:** 2 years - **Travel Experience:** Not required; first-time travelers accepted! - **Certifications**: - ARRT T (preferred) - BLS - **Preferred Skills & Experience:** - Varian 21ix and Aria EMR proficiency - Experience in Adult Acute Care - Knowledge in Treatment Plans and Radiation Safety - Familiarity with Eclipse (Varian) and Pinnacle (Philips) - **Patient Ratios:** - Days: 1:5 - Nights: 1:0 - Weekends: 1:0 - **Patient Age Groups:** Adults, Geriatrics - **Daily Census:** 40 - **Work Environment:** - Multisite coverage in the beautiful Wilmington, NC Coastal Region. - Primary site: 3 Varian linacs & 1 CT sim. - Sister site: 1 Varian True Beam & 1 Siemens CT simulator. - Close collaboration with MDs and RNs on-site. - Supportive team where therapists are always paired together. - **Scheduling Flexibility:** - Consistent 40-hour workweeks with opportunities for 4x10-hour shifts if preferred. - Possible staggered start times between 8 am and 9 am depending on the clinic's needs. - **NO weekends and NO call requirements!** - **Contract Details:** - This is for local float coverage, ensuring a diverse and dynamic work experience! - Responsibilities include supporting patients with external beam therapy and IMRT. - Training on unit systems may be provided based on clinic needs. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
