Executive Compensation Analyst

Supporting the design and administration of executive compensation and benefit programs, the full-time Consultant Executive Compensation and Benefits will conduct research, prepare analyses, and coordinate activities to ensure market competitiveness and compliance, primarily working remotely with occasional office presence in Arlington, Texas. Key responsibilities Conduct research and prepare analyses to support executive compensation functions and maintain program documentation Assist with the administration of incentive programs, including data collection, award calculations, and preparation of materials for leadership review Coordinate market review activities by gathering data, analyzing trends, and summarizing findings for executive decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or 5 years of related experience in lieu of a degree 2 years of compensation experience required 2 years of executive compensation and benefits experience preferred CCP - Certified Compensation Professional upon hire preferred PHR - Professional in Human Resources upon hire preferred
