Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, rewarding, disciplining employees, performance reviews, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.Bachelor’s Degree in AccountingMinimum 4 years related experience in a mid to large size organizationKnowledge of (GAAP) general accounting principles and practices.Strong Computer literacy with intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet search ability.
