You'll own key pricing processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive operational excellence throughout the organization.Accurately enter customer pricing, promotional events, and contracts into SAP and external systemsExecute daily and weekly pricing activities across a diverse customer portfolioManage seasonal, customer-specific, and override pricing updatesInvestigate pricing discrepancies through root cause analysis and recommend corrective actionsSupport promotional accruals, monthly commissions, and loyalty program paymentsMaintain and audit pricing information within SAP and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and compliancePartner with Business Managers, Value Added, Cost Accounting, and other cross-functional teams to improve pricing processes and data integrityQualifications & CompetenciesBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field1–2 years of pricing, financial analysis, or related experienceStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tablesExperience working with SAP and/or CRM systemsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlinesEffective communication and collaboration skillsExperience within the food, protein, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry (preferred)Exposure to commissions, AR/AP, or loyalty payment programs (preferred)Why Join Clemens Food Group?You'll join a collaborative, values-driven organization where your contributions have a direct impact on business performance.
