The Opportunity That Awaits You As we grow our manufacturing operations domestically and internationally, we need a Logistics Coordinator I to oversee daily shipping, ensuring accurate domestic and international reporting and timely delivery of product. What Your Day-to-Day Will Involve Coordinate product from PROCEPT HQ to 3PLs for domestic and international shipments. Arrange shipments domestically and internationally, following all export controls. Process sales confirmations in the ERP system for all sites. Assist in cycle counting and resolve discrepancies. Maintain flexible hours and various shifts as operational needs change. Prepare for and resolve inventory accuracy issues. Coordinate with shipping and freight forwarders for timely shipment releases, pick‑ups, and deliveries. Assure compliance with all company policies, SOPs and recognized shipping standards. Understand and adhere to PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies. The Qualifications We Need You to Possess Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations. Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of ERP programs at the user level. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel. Demonstrated proactive and collaborative leadership in a dynamic shipping environment. Excellent interpersonal skills across all organizational levels. Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be provided.
