Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make an impact as a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist while working with elementary and Head Start students during the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite contract role is perfect for a compassionate SLP who is fluent in Spanish and English and interested in supporting young learners’ communication growth in a school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology license is required
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is strongly preferred
• Previous experience in school settings, especially with elementary-aged students, is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate records
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to collaborate with educators and families

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30 students across both an elementary school and a nearby Head Start program
• Conduct individualized speech and language evaluations as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide both direct intervention and consultative services within the school setting
• Coordinate and communicate with special education staff, teachers, school administrators, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for all services rendered
