Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a vital role as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year in the Garland, TX area. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity focuses on supporting elementary students who require speech and language services. You'll play a key part in helping approximately 40 young learners improve their communication skills, collaborating closely with educators and families to guide students toward success.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP License required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Comfortable conducting evaluations, developing and tracking IEP goals
• Experience with elementary school-age children desired
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations, write reports, and support IEP development
• Deliver individualized or small group speech-language therapy
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
• Maintain timely and accurate records of services and progress
• Participate in team meetings and school-based initiatives
• Adapt communication and therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs

This contract runs from August 4, 2026, through May 21, 2027, offering a fixed full-time schedule with no part-time options available. You'll have the chance to grow your experience with a caseload of around 40 elementary students in a supportive educational environment.
