Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Serving an onsite, full-time assignment, you'll provide essential speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 50 students. Your role is key in supporting communication development, guiding interventions, and collaborating with a dedicated team of educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas SLP license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience serving school-based populations, especially in middle school settings, highly valued
• Proficiency in speech-language evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering both direct and indirect services
• Strong recordkeeping, organization, and communication capabilities
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals, families, and administrators

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to middle school students
• Conduct evaluations for eligibility and progress, maintaining accurate documentation
• Develop, write, and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
• Consult with teachers and special education staff to support student success
• Use reliable transportation to report regularly onsite
• Engage in ongoing communication with families regarding student progress
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
