Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous school-based SLP experience, ideally with elementary and middle school populations
• Familiarity with IEP development, goal writing, and implementing direct/indirect services
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students requiring speech and language services
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and collaborate on the creation of IEP goals
• Deliver engaging and effective speech therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
• Partner with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student performance and interventions
• Stay current on best practices and compliance in a school-based setting

This is a contract position covering the full school year, with a 40-hour weekly onsite schedule and a supportive professional environment. The role requires reliable transportation for onsite commitment and adaptability when partnering with a variety of stakeholders.
