Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required
• Previous experience supporting elementary-aged students ideal
• Familiarity with school-based service delivery, including evaluations, therapy, and IEP support
• Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide direct/indirect therapy to an assigned caseload (approximately 40 students)
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, special education staff, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate records and ensure continuous documentation to support student progress and compliance
• Participate actively in virtual meetings, planning sessions, and staff consultations
