Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist on a full-time contract, you’ll traverse multiple schools within the Plano area, reaching learners who benefit from personalized speech and language services.

Take the lead in providing evaluations, shaping IEP goals, and delivering both direct and consultative support within school communities. You’ll work in partnership with teachers, special education teams, administrators, and families, fostering communication growth and student success in diverse environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous school-based experience highly valued
• Proven skills in communication, organization, and professional documentation
• Reliable transportation to travel between school sites

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language evaluations and therapy in various private and home school settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with educational staff and parents to support students’ academic and communicative development
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all state and district regulations
• Engage positively with school communities and adapt seamlessly between sites
