Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite contract role invites experienced professionals to enrich students’ communication skills and actively shape their educational journeys. The assignment involves managing a caseload of approximately 40 elementary-aged students, providing vital speech and language services in a collaborative school environment.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP license is required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
• Demonstrated experience with elementary-aged students in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in conducting speech language evaluations, designing IEP goals, and delivering direct/indirect therapeutic services
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
• Reliable means of transportation

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapeutic interventions
• Develop, maintain, and track progress on IEP goals for students on your caseload
• Collaborate routinely with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student growth
• Participate in school meetings and actively contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school district guidelines
