Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract role centers around supporting middle and elementary students, with a manageable caseload of approximately 35 students needing speech and language services. What You’ll Bring:

• Active Texas SLP License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with elementary and middle school-aged children
• Proven ability to conduct thorough evaluations and develop clear IEP goals
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
• Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language services onsite
• Collaborate regularly with special education professionals, teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain detailed records and progress reporting in accordance with school and state guidelines
