Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Credentials:

• Active Texas SLP License required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous school-based experience, especially with elementary students, is preferred
• Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to the needs of elementary students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, timely records of student progress and therapeutic intervention
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support each student's success
