Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid SLP license for the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to engaging collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services to students, individually and in groups
• Evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Consult with teachers and families to best support student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Adapt interventions to diverse developmental and educational backgrounds
