Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an essential role serving students in a vibrant middle and elementary school setting for the 2026–2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is tailored for an experienced and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about school-based practice. You’ll support a manageable caseload of approximately 35 students, helping them build critical communication skills and ensuring they thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based environment strongly preferred
• Background working with elementary and middle school students ideal
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and service plans
• Deliver both direct and indirect therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
• Provide ongoing support, collaboration, and consultation to special education teams, teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports in line with state and federal requirements
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings to shape and refine intervention strategies that benefit students’ learning environments
