Director, Commercial Strategy - Performance

Drive the commercial success and long-term growth of FOX One's strategic distribution and platform partnerships Define performance strategy across key partner channels Translate business objectives into scalable growth initiatives Ensure partner investments deliver subscriber acquisition, paid conversion, and long-term customer value Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Operations Leverage data-driven insights to optimize partner performance Influence roadmap priorities and identify new growth opportunities Own commercial performance and growth strategy for the partnership Set and track subscriber, paid conversion, and LTV targets Contribute to the overall performance scorecard for partner health and risk management Identify partnership growth areas including lifecycle programs, feature expansion, and offers Turn partnership goals into shippable initiatives Align offer strategies across verticals with FOX One business objectives, customer acquisition goals, and monetization strategy Define partner-related feature requirements, offer capabilities, and prioritization needs Develop presentations, partner performance summaries, business cases, and risk assessments for senior leadership Communicate performance trends, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and external partners Requirements Typically, 10+ years' experience leading partner growth, business operations, distribution strategy, or monetization functions within a direct-to-consumer, streaming, subscription, or platform-based business Demonstrated success managing platform, OEM, channel, or distribution partnerships that drive subscriber acquisition, paid conversion, and long-term customer value Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with experience evaluating partner performance, offer effectiveness, investment tradeoffs, and growth opportunities Proven ability to influence and partner effectively across Business Development, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations within a matrixed organization Experience driving cross-functional execution and operational rigor across complex partner ecosystems and business initiatives Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex business performance into clear insights, recommendations, and materials for senior leadership and external partners Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position; selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in driving commercial success through strategic partnerships, focusing on subscriber acquisition, paid conversion, and long-term customer value.
