Merchandise Associate

Role: Responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting operational standards. May be cross-trained to assist in multiple store areas to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Model excellent customer service practices and foster a positive store culture Accurately process transactions, returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety efforts Support loss prevention and store shrink reduction initiatives Perform other assigned duties as needed Qualifications & Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Flexible to support business needs and respond to changing situations Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation Effective teamwork and adaptability; retail experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
