Lead P6 Scheduler

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead P6 Scheduler to work closely with the Project Manager and Schedulers to develop and maintain detailed project schedules that effectively manage time and resources to ensure on‑time project delivery. This role requires strong coordination with project leadership and field teams throughout the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Project Manager to create, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 Develop project timetables to manage time, resources, and sequencing of work Coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to support schedules from implementation through project completion Monitor installation and project progress to ensure alignment with established schedules Identify, anticipate, and address schedule variances; elevate risks and discrepancies to Project Management as needed Support the preparation of weekly and monthly project reports by providing accurate schedule data and analysis Manage workload distribution across project phases Participate in onsite meetings with field leadership and project stakeholders Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with Primavera P6 Strong experience in project scheduling and schedule management Ability to interpret and analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documentation Proven problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Ability to learn and adapt to internal project management systems Self‑motivated and professional, with a positive and collaborative approach Ability to lead and influence others to support continuous process improvement Professional & Cultural Expectations Demonstrates professionalism and accountability in all project interactions Promotes company values, culture, and mission in daily work Collaborates effectively with internal teams and external partners Supports and contributes to project process improvements Core Skills Primavera P6 Project Scheduling Schedule Management Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. This position is fully remote. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $77.00 - $84.00/hr.
