Manager, Statistical Programming - Internal Medicine

Regeneron seeks a Manager of Statistical Programming to lead programming deliverables for clinical studies from development through regulatory approval and product launch. The role involves overseeing tables, listings, and graphs, managing team resources, and collaborating with cross-functional study teams in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and quality control of tables, listings, and graphs for analysis requirements
- Manage programming effort, track progress, and oversee complex ad hoc requests
- Serve as programming representative on multidisciplinary study teams through launch
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and provide performance feedback to support hiring and team development
- Partner with management to determine resource requirements for therapeutic area or department
Requirements
- Master's degree with 6+ years relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years
- Proven experience leading programming deliverables within clinical study teams
- Experience providing input on hiring, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Strong organizational and documentation skills in regulated environments
- SAS Certification (preferred)
Compensation: $128,600–$210,000 annually
