Now Hiring: Client Care Coordinator / Internal Care Team Support (Full-Time) Serving the Southern Region: Pottsville, Fayetteville, Selinsgrove & Cleona

Comfort Keepers is hiring a full-time, in-person Client Care Coordinator to support our Southern Region offices (Pottsville, Fayetteville, Selinsgrove, and Cleona) . This MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and wants their work to directly shape the quality of care families receive.

What You Bring

• Age 18+ with a polished, professional presence
• Valid drivers license & proof of insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Sales experience a plus (not required)
• Strong communication, organization, and followthrough
• Confident multitasking under pressure
• Reliable transportation & ability to work across Pottsville, Fayetteville, Selinsgrove & Cleona
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What Youll Do

• Respond quickly to client inquiries and coordinate inhome assessments
• Match caregivers to clients with precision and care
• Build strong relationships with clients and families
• Troubleshoot service issues and ensure timely, highquality care
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records
• Support scheduling, communication, and daily operational flow
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams
• Maintain a consistent, inperson presence MondayFriday, 8:30a5p
