Senior Accountant

We are a growing investment management firm expanding into integrated tax and family office services. We're seeking a Senior Accountant to take a lead role in tax preparation and consultation as we bring new clients onto our platform, which includes tax prep, financial planning, trusts, estates, and investment management. Job Description: Prepare tax returns for individuals and some small businesses/partnerships across multiple states. Work directly with clients on financial data collection and communication. Stay current on tax laws and communicate relevant strategies to clients. Assist with tax planning and provide recommendations to optimize clients' tax exposure. Coordinate with advisors on tax and wealth management strategy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 3-5 years of accounting experience; CPA or EA certification required, with a focus on tax return preparation. Strong working knowledge of individual and corporate tax law across multiple jurisdictions. Proficiency in one or more accounting software packages (ProSystem FX, Drake, QuickBooks, etc.). Strong communication skills and the ability to manage projects, particularly during tax season. Ideal Candidate Profile: You are detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused.
