Business Operations Stagiair(e) - Start Februari 2027 Functieomschrijving Als Business Operations Stagiair(e) krijg je een unieke kijk in de dagelijkse operationele kern van een groeiend modemerk. Je ondersteunt het team op verschillende gebieden en ontwikkelt je basiskennis van operations, data en supply chain in de praktijk. Dit is geen stage waarbij je koffie haalt, je werkt mee aan echte processen en leert hoe een modebedrijf behind the scenes wordt gerund. Data & Rapportage Je ondersteunt bij het verzamelen en verwerken van sales-, voorraad- en kostendata Je helpt bij het opstellen van wekelijkse verkoopoverzichten voor e-commerce, retail en wholesale Je leert hoe je data omzet naar begrijpelijke overzichten en inzichten Je houdt databronnen up-to-date en bewaakt de datakwaliteit Operations & Productbeheer Je ondersteunt bij het beheer van productdata, prijzen en voorraad in Shopify en Exact Online Je leert werken met supply chain processen en voorraadplanning Je helpt bij het bijhouden van productie- en leveringsstromen Je ondersteunt bij de verwerking van inkoopdata en voorraadbeheer Wholesale Ondersteuning Je helpt bij het actueel houden van prijslijsten en assortimentsoverzichten Je ondersteunt bij de administratieve verwerking van wholesale-orders Je leert verbanden zien tussen verkoop, voorraad en planning Procesoptimalisatie Je kijkt mee met bestaande processen en dataflows Je mag eigen observaties en verbeterideeën aandragen Je leert hoe systemen zoals Shopify en Exact Online samenwerken Wat neem jij mee? Je volgt een HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting: Commerciële Economie, Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistiek, Fashion Business, Data of E-commerce Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers, processen en structuur Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en proactief Je werkt graag met Excel Je bent leergierig en niet bang om vragen te stellen Ervaring met Shopify of Exact Online is een pré, maar geen vereiste wij leren je dit Wat bieden wij?
