Strategic Site Partner

AbbVie seeks a Strategic Site Partner to build and manage relationships with key clinical research sites, driving operational efficiencies across solid tumor and hematology programs. The role involves developing site engagement strategies, identifying trial acceleration opportunities, and serving as a cross-functional liaison between investigative sites and internal leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute site-specific engagement strategies for assigned investigative sites
- Build and manage relationships with clinical sites through on-site and remote engagement with leadership and PIs
- Identify and drive operational efficiencies and clinical trial acceleration opportunities at study and program levels
- Oversee performance metrics, conduct operational quality reviews, and align KPIs with sites
- Escalate risks and resolve complex operational issues spanning multiple studies and programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare or scientific field
- Minimum 10 years of clinical research experience with demonstrated strategy and leadership competencies
- Prior relationship management experience preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex issues
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration ability
- Demonstrated influence and leadership skills in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time for on-site partner engagements
