Responsibilities include:Answering incoming calls and responding to guest inquiriesScheduling and managing appointmentsProviding pricing and service informationSupporting retail sales and recommending additional services when appropriateCommunicating messages to team membersManaging guest wait times and scheduling updatesAssisting with light cleaning and maintaining a welcoming shop environmentYour attention to detail and positive attitude will help ensure every visit is seamless from check-in to checkout.About Floyd's 99 BarbershopAt Floyd's 99 Barbershop, we make it easy for clients to look and feel their best.
