\nWe are one of the leading personal injury law firms, emphasizing teamwork, client-focused service, and growth opportunities. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paralegal to support us in launching and completing our Personal Injury cases.
\n\n
Role Overview:
\nThis job entails the management of some personal injury cases and assists attorneys in various duties such as:
\n\n
-Talking to clients and preparing them for litigation.
\n-Drafting legal documents, as well as pleadings and bills of particulars.
\n-Preparing trial packets and organizing important information for the case.
\n-Retrieving and organizing medical records, managing Medicare and Medicaid reporting.
\n-Conducting client intakes and general information gathering specific to each case.
\n\n
What We're Looking For:
\n-Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
\n-Organizational and follow-up skills in keeping the flow of work in check.
\n-Basic proficiency in word processing and other computer skills.
\n-Experience with Plaintiff's personal injury litigation required.
\n-Smart Advocate experience is a plus.
\n\n
