Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical abilities and limitations, creating customized rehabilitation programs.
• Utilize a variety of treatment methods, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training, designed to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Engage with patients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient visits, progress notes, and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinic standards.
• Guide patients and their families in the safe use of assistive devices, such as walkers or braces, to promote independence in activities of daily living.
• Provide educational support to caregivers and family members regarding effective physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation strategies.
• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, research, and collaboration with peers to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will service a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors, many of whom are recovering from surgical procedures, sports-related injuries, or chronic conditions. The ability to adapt your practice based on varying age groups and their unique psychological and physical challenges is crucial for effective treatment.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with both patients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency with computer applications including patient management software and electronic health records.
• A flexible, agile approach to adapt treatment methods as needed.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually , aligned with experience and qualifications.
