Account Coordinator

We are working with our client, a Kansas City Advertising Agency located in Overland Park, KS, to find an Account Coordinator to join their Client Service team. In this role, you’ll support Account Executives, Supervisors, and Directors in coordinating and delivering client marketing work from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in agency client service. You’ll help keep projects moving, support day-to-day account activity, and gain exposure to the work that drives strong client relationships and great results. This a 100% on-site work environment. What You’ll Do Support the account team in the execution of assigned client projects. Coordinate a range of marketing tactics, including print, digital, web, media, events, PR, and more. Prepare project kickoff materials, status reports, meeting recaps, and conference summaries. Draft and maintain project timelines to keep work on track. Communicate professionally with internal teams and, when needed, with clients. Support estimate preparation, billing, budget tracking, and reporting. Represent the agency professionally with clients, vendors, and partners. Follow agency policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For Initiative, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow. Required Minimum 1-2 years of experience, which includes an internship or early professional experience in advertising, marketing, or public relations. Exposure to or interest in animal health/pet healthcare, financial services, or health and beauty. A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. What Success Looks Like Projects are organized, documented, and completed on schedule. Reports, timelines, and meeting notes are accurate and timely. Your team can count on you to handle details and follow through. Your work helps create a smooth, high-quality experience for both clients and the agency team. This is an in-office role in Overland Park, KS. Occasional travel may be required, and some nontraditional hours may be necessary to meet deadlines.
