Litigation Manager

Managing complex mass tort and class action settlement programs, the full-time remote Litigation Manager will oversee client engagements, develop project plans, and ensure successful implementation of legal processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end management of settlement programs, partnering with legal experts and build teams to meet client objectives Lead the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely progress and quality outcomes for litigation builds Serve as the litigation and product expert during client implementations, providing strategic guidance and support to internal executives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal certification preferred 5+ years of experience managing mass tort or class action settlement programs Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and decision-making Exceptional communication skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement Substantive legal background with direct exposure to mass tort or class action matters
