Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Grandview Psychotherapy Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and creating personalized treatment plans for clients, focusing on couples and entire family units.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions to address complex dynamics, including conflicts, grief, and transitions.

• Providing individual therapy sessions for clients dealing with a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological distress, and communication difficulties.

• Effectively utilizing telemedicine platforms to conduct sessions and maintain consistent engagement with clients.
\n
• Tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to deliver holistic care.

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population which includes adults, children, and adolescents. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing various issues such as family conflicts, grief and loss, job stress, and challenges related to blended families and divorce. You will be instrumental in providing a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their concerns and work towards healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in outpatient settings, as well as familiarity with telehealth systems, is highly desirable. Newly licensed therapists are encouraged to apply alongside those with more extensive clinical experience. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is also favorable, allowing you to meet the varying needs of our client population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Grandview Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
