About the Opportunity ChuckTown Homes Powered by LPT Realty is looking for a virtual, full‑time Director of Operations. This role is critical in stepping in as the operational driver of the business, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution across all departments. You will act as the integrator, bringing vision to life, leading people, and building systems that allow the company to scale. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401(k) PTO: 2 weeks per year Leadership & Team Management Lead and manage 6 department leaders Coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable Drive alignment and communication across all teams Protect and strengthen company culture Operations & Systems Build, implement, and optimize operational systems across the business Oversee transaction coordination, communication systems, and workflows Create and maintain an Operations Manual (written + video systems) Continuously improve efficiency, scalability, and organization Business Execution & Strategy Execute the founder’s vision and strategic direction Lead company-wide projects and initiatives Reduce founder involvement in day-to-day operations Ensure all departments are operating at a high level Analytics & Financial Oversight Track KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI Oversee budgets, financial systems, and reporting Identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities Drive data-informed decision-making Sales & Growth Support Oversee contracts through closing and transaction flow Support agent growth, onboarding, and accountability (30‑60‑90 plans) Track sales performance and ensure goal attainment Assist in recruiting, training, and developing agents Qualifications Core Capabilities Proven experience leading teams or departments Strong operator who can manage multiple moving parts Highly analytical and systems-driven Strong communicator who creates clarity and alignment Key Traits (Non-Negotiables) Ownership: You take responsibility and execute Hustle: High urgency and strong work ethic Problem Solver: You bring solutions, not problems Learning-Based: Coachable and always improving Multi-Task Operator: Comfortable wearing multiple hats Team Player: Collaborative and culture-driven Growth-Minded: Long-term thinker who wants to scale with the company Skills & Experience Leadership or management experience required Experience overseeing multiple departments strongly preferred Real estate experience not required (but a plus) Backgrounds in operations, startups, service businesses, or scaling organizations are welcome You will: Lead people Build systems Drive execution Solve problems daily Help grow a company #J-18808-Ljbffr ChuckTown Homes Real Estate
