What You Will Do
  • Lead and manage a team focused on driving sales growth within the SMB segment.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase customer acquisition.
  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline sales processes.
  • Train and mentor team members to improve sales techniques and achieve individual and team goals.
Ideal Candidate Background
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
Preferred
  • Experience in the Internet marketplace or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Background in developing and executing sales training programs.
Compensation and Benefits
