We are looking for an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, developing professional skills, and building a long-term career in sales. No prior sales experience is required. We provide paid training, coaching, and the tools needed to help you succeed.

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment. Your role will be to educate vehicle owners about available auto glass and hail repair services, help identify customer needs, and assist with getting repairs scheduled.

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Communicate with customers about auto glass replacement, windshield repair, and hail damage repair services.
• Identify customer needs and explain available repair options.
• Assist customers with the repair scheduling process.
• Help guide customers through insurance claim information when applicable.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment details.
• Represent AGC Auto Glass and Car Care in a professional manner.

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face.
• Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Because this position is performed on a military installation, candidates must successfully pass a background check and meet all requirements necessary for installation access.
