Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist

BJC HealthCare is seeking a CDI Specialist II to join our team. This role focuses on concurrent and retrospective reviews to improve clinical documentation, ensuring appropriate severity of illness and mortality risk are accurately reflected in patient records. The position involves provider education, content development, and participation in service line CDI initiatives. The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 5–10 years of CDI experience and a Nursing Diploma/Associate's; a Bachelor's in #J-18808-Ljbffr
