Production Panel Line Control Room OperatorShift Details1st Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM2nd Shift: 6:00 PM–4:00 AM2nd Shift Differential: $3/hourCompensationStarting Pay: $28/hour2nd Shift: $28/hour + $3/hour shift differentialPotential Pay Increase: Up to $30/hour after 6 months of employment2nd Shift Sign-On Bonus: $5,000- $2,500 after 6 months$2,500 after 12 monthsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Machine Operator, Production Operator, Lead Operator, Production Supervisor, Process Operator, or Manufacturing professional with hands-on experience operating and monitoring automated production equipment and industrial control systems.The Production Panel Line Control Room Operator will monitor and control a highly automated panel line from a centralized control room. This position is responsible for monitoring production processes, adjusting machine and process parameters, responding to alarms, troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining product quality, and coordinating with production and maintenance teams.Candidates with experience working with HMI, SCADA, PLCs, DCS, control panels, automated machinery, robotics, or computerized manufacturing systems are encouraged to apply.What You Will DoMonitor and operate automated manufacturing processes from a centralized control room.Monitor production equipment through HMI, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and computerized control systems.Start, stop, adjust, and monitor production equipment according to SOPs.Monitor machine conditions, production rates, temperatures, pressures, speeds, levels, and other operating parameters.Analyze real-time production data, trends, alarms, and system indicators.Respond to machine alarms, process deviations, equipment faults, and abnormal operating conditions.Make appropriate adjustments to machine and process settings to maintain safe and efficient production.Monitor product quality and make process adjustments when specifications are not being met.Troubleshoot basic machine, electrical, mechanical, and process issues.Communicate equipment problems to maintenance and assist with troubleshooting.Monitor multiple machines and production processes simultaneously.Maintain production records, operator logs, downtime information, and shift documentation.Complete accurate shift handoffs and communicate important production issues to the next shift.Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, LOTO requirements, environmental standards, and quality requirements.Coordinate with Machine Operators, Production Supervisors, Maintenance Technicians, Quality, and other plant personnel.Assist with equipment startup, shutdown, testing, commissioning, and process changes.Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement activities.Enter
