Product Support Representative

Salary: $55,000 - 83,000 per year Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in the elevator industry or a similar field
• Technical or community college education is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with engineering software, such as AutoCAD Mechanical or Autodesk Inventor, is preferred but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics
• Strong analytical skills, mechanical aptitude, and above-average computer skills
• Resourcefulness, problem-solving ability, and skill in prioritizing and multitasking
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative approach and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated integrity
• Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer, telephone, and other office equipment; occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting or carrying up to 20 pounds may be required
• Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening

• Provide first-line technical assistance to customers
• Support customers with technical questions about their customized elevator systems while delivering a positive service experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Address needs involving complete elevator systems, including troubleshooting, triage, and replacement parts
• Build and apply advanced product knowledge to resolve customer concerns
• Resolve customer issues during the initial call whenever possible
• Open and manage callback cases related to user issues
• Treat customers with patience, courtesy, and friendliness, and maintain a positive attitude
