The Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting hospitality services, visitor engagement, day-of event execution, and overall facility readiness.This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values hospitality, and takes pride in delivering a polished and professional experience for our visitors. You’ll get to:* Ensure day-of experience by preparing the reception area, coordinating materials, managing the check-in process and assisting with catering setup, refreshment stations, and post-event reset* Support overall facility readiness by ensuring offices spaces, common areas, and experience environments are organized, stocked, and show ready.* Maintain hospitality stations, including coffee bars, beverage & snack areas, kitchen spaces, and shared environments, ensuring consistent readiness, cleanliness, and presentation standards* Own inventory and replenishment of hospitality, office, and facility supplies, including coordination with vendors, monitoring of product quality and expiration, and upkeep of storage and supply areas* Maintain office and facility environments, including office storage areas. supply cabinets, and shared operational resources* Provide administrative and operational support, calendars, travels, expense reports, maintenance tickets, including incoming and outgoing mail & deliveries,etc.**The Person:**You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
