This full-time contract opportunity is for the 2026–2027 school year, working with children from kindergarten through high school. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology, with experience or interest in serving early childhood, elementary, and adolescent populations. Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments for students in K–12 settings
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct speech therapy services tailored to students’ unique needs
• Consult regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school guidelines
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings, contributing professional insight and recommendations
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and stay informed on best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy
• Adapt approaches based on student response and evolving case management needs

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility
• Recent pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport across diverse age groups and diagnostic profiles
• Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable adapting to both on-site and travel working arrangements
