Social Media Manager

Virlo is a social listening platform for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, used by marketing agencies & GTM startups to track what's performing before they create. We're hiring our first dedicated Social Media Manager to build and run our own social presence: owning strategy, content, and reporting across every channel we're on. What you'll do Own social strategy and day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts Build and manage a consistent content calendar across all channels Plan and execute promotion for product launches and feature releases Write, edit, and adapt content, including turning founder input into finished posts Track performance and report on engagement, follower growth, and social's impact on signups Partner with the founders and marketing team on creative direction and launch timing Requirements 2+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B SaaS company or a marketing/creative agency Demonstrated expertise on LinkedIn and X , with a track record of content that performs High-level copywriting & creative strategy skills Comfortable working with performance data to inform content decisions Preferred qualifications Experience with a social listening or analytics platform Familiarity with the marketing agency landscape (SMMA, digital, UGC, performance, or creative agencies) Basic video or short-form editing skills Experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) as part of a content workflow #J-18808-Ljbffr
