Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients in a detox setting to determine individual needs and appropriate interventions.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the specific requirements of each client.

• Actively monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment strategies as part of a multidisciplinary team aimed at ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Provide education and support to families, helping them understand and navigate the recovery process for their loved ones.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations to maintain compliance and support client safety and wellbeing.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop joint plans with families that align with Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Implement individualized services based on developmental assessments, focusing on the unique priorities of each family.
\n
• Employ a coaching model and incorporate natural environment teaching techniques to foster effective learning.

• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, creating a supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves children and their families, especially those affected by delays or disabilities. As an LCSW, you will engage directly with infants and toddlers, providing essential early intervention services that support their development during critical early life stages. Your work will be pivotal in helping families navigate the complexities of early childhood challenges, enhancing children's overall growth in emotional, physical, and cognitive domains.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
