What You Will Be Doing: Identify and target critical markets and new customers within your sales territory while developing effective strategies and building key relationships for successful solution selling. Maintain and enhance connections with customer contacts to navigate design opportunities and address existing business challenges. Ensure customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and additional value-added services. Utilize your technical and engineering expertise to interact effectively with vendors and customers. Leverage your understanding of pricing models within the electronics industry to develop strategic plans for your accounts. Conduct comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), outlining strategies and steps to boost sales, create demand, and enhance customer service. Lead regular QBRs with significant customers to discover new sales opportunities. Promote and sell Arrow's value-added services, including supply chain management and full lifecycle programs. Utilize sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle, while establishing strong relationships with key suppliers. This role includes participation in a sales compensation plan, which includes a variable component tied to sales-related goals—60% base salary and 40% commission, all incorporated in the listed OTE. Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 3 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent work experience. Work Arrangement: This position follows a hybrid schedule, with one day per week at our Woodland Hills location and the remaining days being remote or on the road. This role involves work that is governed by International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Candidates must be eligible for an export license or be classified as a U.S. Person (this includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).
