Experienced Personal Injury Attorney - High-Earning Opportunity

We are a fast-paced, well-established personal injury firm seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing team. What You'll Do: Manage a caseload of approximately 80-90 personal injury files Handle cases from intake through settlement or trial Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients to maximize recovery Work collaboratively with a dedicated support team What We're Looking For: Minimum of 5 years of personal injury experience Proven ability to independently manage a substantial caseload Strong negotiation and case management skills Results-driven with a track record of successful settlements Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $125,000 - $150,000 A percentage of all fees earned on files that you settle or otherwise resolve Total earning potential: $300,000 - $400,000+ annually 3 weeks paid vacation Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr City of Plant City
