In addition to a competitive base salary, attorneys participate in a bonus structure tied to resolved cases and annual fees, giving high performers the opportunity to significantly increase their overall earnings. Qualifications JD from an ABA-accredited law school Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred) Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume caseload Outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills Strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities Locations These positions can be based in any of our U.S. offices, with particular interest in candidates located in: Irvine, CA Phoenix, AZ Las Vegas, NV Chicago, IL Our Mission At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters.
