Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Supervisor for a multifamily community in Conroe, TX . We are looking for a strong maintenance professional who can combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership, organization, and the ability to support overall property maintenance operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, or Regional Maintenance professional who is ready to take on a leadership-focused role.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and support the maintenance operations of the community
• Lead, train, and support maintenance team members
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance throughout the property
• Respond to and coordinate emergency maintenance situations
• Prioritize and assign work orders while ensuring timely completion
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments, buildings, amenities, and common areas
• Help maintain the property’s curb appeal and overall physical condition
• Coordinate with vendors and outside contractors when specialized work is required
• Assist with scheduling, maintenance planning, and inventory management
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, professionally, and according to company standards
• Help prepare apartments for move-in and ensure units are maintained to quality standards
• Track maintenance needs and communicate property concerns to management
• Provide hands-on support to the maintenance team when needed

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
• Previous experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, Regional Maintenance, or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general apartment maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
• Experience leading, training, or directing maintenance personnel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple work orders and maintenance needs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Universal or HVAC certification
• CPO certification
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Experience coordinating vendors and contractors
• Experience with unit turns and make-ready processes
• Experience working in a larger multifamily community
• Previous Regional or multi-property maintenance experience
