Responsibilities
- Answer incoming dealership phone calls professionally and courteously
- Schedule and confirm automotive service appointments
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online leads
- Greet customers arriving for service
- Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or department
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service reminders
- Maintain accurate customer information in dealership software
- Coordinate appointment schedules to maximize shop efficiency
- Assist with outbound customer retention calls
- Support the service advisors and management team
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Team-oriented with strong organizational skills
