What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of restaurant experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
In This Role, You'll:
- Work during our regular operating hours, which extend from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM on Sundays through Wednesdays, and from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM on Thursdays through Saturdays
- Take and manage food inventory
- Reduce and eliminate ticket times through smart systems + leadership
- Guide and develop kitchen staff
- Count tills and accurately record operations data
